Temporarily parking 401K into cash?

I am always wary of cut and run tactics, because all things are cyclical and you only realize a loss when you sell low. Hold on, things look bleak but there is a lot of positive momentum pointing to the 3rd and 4th quarter. People in the right position stand to make huge gains in the next 9 months, so I am advising a stand your ground strategy, buys are tricky, and sells mean losses, so this is holding on time.
