Global warming is to be applied globally, but is it possible to limit the scope of global warming? Like can?

Global warming refers to warming all over the globe. As wind patterns and weather cycles change and that heat gets redistributed some places will get warmer while others will get colder but the overall energy trapped in the atmosphere will increase. CO2 is a greenhouse gas. As you emit more of that greenhouse gas and putting more carbon into the carbon cycle that was previously take out of the carbon cycle the amount of energy those greenhouse gases hold in the lower atmosphere increases up until a point of saturation. The entire band of CO2 absorption is not saturated. Therefor additional CO2 will cause warming. Pollution, for the most part, actually causes cooling as those aerosols that are emitted into the atmosphere block the sunlight from reaching the ground. However, as I'm sure you know, pollution also cause health risks.
