Is there a moral change happening globally and it is becoming a crime to be affluent?

I see so many protest on the news from many countries including the USA were groups protest the activities, institutions and services for and by the affluent. These protesters want money, services and benefits NOW that they cannot pay or contribute too. I just ask for serious comments please.
