What is this pain in my arm?

Hello I have this pain in my left forearm. When I stretch it, my arm hurts so bad that it feels like its cramping and will get very tight. I can not stretch nor I can hardly bend it. I was told to pull my arm nd straightened it, but it hurts to much. This happened out of the blue when I was sitting on the porch. Can somebody please help me!
